Seth Platz here, reporting from Erica's home! Or former home by the looks of things. I didn't move in, Erica didn't propose that I did. She just said watch over things till she got back. How was either of us to know that new council legislation requires all empty properties to be placed immediately on the market, due to housing shortages. She's gonna be spitting feathers if the place gets bought up while she's gone. She thinks by staying put her Dad will be able to contact here when he returns. I'm not hearing good things on that front; it seems he's gone missing, or at least failed to make his last meet with the F.B.I.

I'm not sure if the stuff will still be there... I've only ever had a single teen once and then I just put everything in my backpack.
Good luck with moving her back in though :D

I do hope that her house stays available till she gets back. And that will be soon, right?
I think the stuff stays put if you move out by being asked by a sim at another lot--but I'm not sure what happens when they go to Uni. Like Claire, I just put stuff in my backpack for the duration.
Hope it works!
Darn! Thanks for the tip about the backpack guys, I shall be more careful in the future. I've never had a single teen before, and the whole scenario is a bit of a learning curve. Still, you only learn by your mistakes, so it will be a valuable lesson whatever!
I wasn't sure about her stuff, either. But there it sits while she's at Uni, right? It seems to be okay. *crossing fingers for you/her
I have never sent a single teen to University either, so I wouldn't have thought of the backpack either. Looks like Erica's stuff will be just fine though!
